A species-appropriate attitude is important to us and also guarantor for our caviar quality of the top class. Our sturgeon farm is a very extensive, natural lake landscape. They offer the animals enough space and water. The sturgeon caviar breeding is looked after by our experienced Iranian caviar master, who has been looking after sturgeon caviar breeding facilities for more than 40 years.

Störrogen from our house captivates at any time by consistent freshness. We fill the caviar for you only with your order. All our sturgeon caviar varieties can be kept unopened in the refrigerator at 4 °C for at least 8 weeks. When opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 days when the lid is tightened. Please note the sticker with the current consumption date on your tin.
