The Royal Caviar House
Dr. Reza Korouji, director and driving force of Royal Caviar, is a caviar expert by passion. He has always been fascinated by the 200 years old tradition of preparing and eating caviar. It is not surprising that after having graduated Reza entirely dedicated himself to caviar and gourmet food.
A major producer paved the way for him for the caviar production. After having finished his training, Reza decided to sustain his career in Germany. In the following 12 years he worked as a sales manager in a great caviar company in Berlin.
This long-lasting function awoke the snowballing desire to have a company on his own. In 2010 the desire became reality with the foundation of Royal Caviar in Berlin.
